Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in building

responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS and scalable backend services with NodeJS.

The role involves end-to-end development, from UI to deployment on AWS or GCP, while

adhering to best practices in code quality, performance, and security. A strong grasp of

modern frameworks, API design, cloud deployment, and agile methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to deliver
robust software solutions

Develop responsive, cross-browser front-end interfaces using ReactJS Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJS Participate in Agile processes: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and provide
technical guidance

Optimize application performance and address technical debt or bottlenecks Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data handling Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using AWS and GCP. Implement cloud security best practices including IAM roles, VPC configurations,
and OAuth

Stay current with evolving technologies and development practices

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in ReactJS and
NodeJS

Familiarity with NodeJS frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) and design patterns
(e.g., Microservices, MVC)

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end build tools (Webpack,
Babel, etc.)

Experience with Redux or similar front-end state management libraries Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and writing complex stored procedures Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices Good understanding of OWASP security standards and secure coding practices Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Education & Certification:

Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines

What to Expect:

Report to the development team lead Collaborate within an agile team to build and test applications Design, develop, and unit test software as per defined standards Assist in analyzing and resolving technical issues Prepare technical documentation and deployment packages Develop and optimize application integrations Support in gathering and documenting technical requirements

Good to Have:

Basic understanding of SQL tuning and backend fundamentals Exposure to backend architecture design and microservices principles Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Basic Hands-on experience with Mobile development using React Native.
