Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with 6-7 years of experience (including 2 years in a lead role). You'll lead a small dev team, drive architecture, and build scalable web apps in a hybrid work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers Own end-to-end development of scalable web applications Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design) Guide estimations, sprints, and project planning

Frontend

: React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, Bootstrap, Tailwind

Backend

: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, Django (optional)

: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

DevOps & Tools

: Git, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Firebase, CI/CD

Other

: WebSockets, JWT/OAuth2, Microservices, MVC/MVVM patterns
