We're looking for a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founder and help architect and build Fintech App from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role -- you'll shape product, architecture, and execution decisions
Experience: 4-6 years
Background: Fintech or payments
Strength: Backend + payments + systems
Mindset: Builder, not maintainer
4-6 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
Strong experience with:
Node.js / Java / Python
REST APIs, databases (Postgres / Mongo)
Payment systems or fintech workflows (preferred)
Familiarity with:
UPI / payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.)
Webhooks, async systems, reconciliation
Startup mindset: ownership, speed, ambiguity tolerance
What You'll Do
Build core backend services (payments, escrow flows, instalments, settlements)
Integrate UPI, payment gateways, mandates, and webhooks
Design scalable APIs for consumer and merchant apps
Work on early frontend flows (React / React Native) if full-stack
Collaborate closely on product decisions and UX flows
Set engineering standards and early tech culture
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
