Job Description

We are looking for a talented

Full Stack Web Developer

with 4-5 years of experience in building scalable web applications using

PHP (Symfony or Laravel)

on the backend and strong frontend development skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complete modules, from UI to API design.

Key Responsibilities Backend Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs and backend systems using

PHP 7/8

with

Symfony or Laravel

. Build clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards. Manage database design, schema creation, and query optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Integrate internal services and third-party APIs. Diagnose and resolve performance and production issues efficiently.

Frontend Development

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

, and modern frameworks (Vue.js/React preferred). Convert Figma/UI designs into functional and pixel-perfect frontends. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and high performance.

Collaboration & Process

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features on time. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality. Take ownership of assigned modules and work with minimal supervision. Contribute to technical architecture and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of hands-on experience

in full stack development. Strong expertise in

PHP

with

Symfony or Laravel

framework. Solid understanding of

OOP, MVC architecture

, and design patterns. Proficiency in

RESTful API development

. Strong skills in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

and at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular). Experience with

MySQL/PostgreSQL

and writing optimized SQL queries. Familiarity with Git, Composer, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. Understanding of caching (Redis/Memcached) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch). Knowledge of microservices or modular architecture. Exposure to performance optimization tools and profiling.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage tasks independently with accountability. Attention to detail and high-quality delivery mindset.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
