Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

React.js (front-end)

and

Node.js (back-end)

to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality code and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using

React.js

and

Node.js

. Architect scalable backend APIs, microservices, and RESTful services. Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces with React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experience. Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and enforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in

React.js

(with Hooks, Redux/Context API, component-based architecture). Strong backend experience with

Node.js

,

Express.js

, and API development. Experience with

MongoDB

,

MySQL

, or other databases. Familiarity with

version control tools (Git)

and deployment practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
