Job Summary

We are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Developer (Python Specialist)

with

10+ years of experience

to design and build robust, scalable, full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, mentor junior developers, and integrate

AI/ML models

into production systems.

This role requires strong expertise in

Python backend development

, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using

Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

and frontend frameworks such as

React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

Build and optimize

RESTful / GraphQL APIs

, microservices, and scalable database architectures Work with databases like

PostgreSQL, MongoDB

, caching tools (

Redis

), and messaging systems Integrate

AI/ML models

(TensorFlow, PyTorch) into web applications for real-time analytics and decision support Implement

CI/CD pipelines

, containerization (

Docker, Kubernetes

), and cloud deployments (

AWS / Azure / GCP

) Ensure application

security, performance optimization

, and scalability Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to architectural decisions Stay updated with trends in

agentic AI, edge computing, and observability tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

10+ years

of experience as a Full Stack Developer

7+ years

of strong hands-on experience in

Python backend development

Expertise in

Django, Flask, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery

Strong frontend skills:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js

(or equivalent) Experience with

relational & NoSQL databases

, Redis, and message queues (

RabbitMQ/Kafka

) Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Experience working with

AI integration, data pipelines (Apache Airflow), or embedded systems

Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

Spring Boot or .NET

for hybrid technology stacks Experience with

fintech analytics (Pine Script/Python)

Open-source contributions or AI/full-stack publications Certifications in

AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Python

Experience in

defense, aerospace, cybersecurity, or industrial IoT

domains
