Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at 4baseCare, a

trailblazing Precision Oncology company focused on advancing personalized cancer care. In this role, you will

lead the design and development of scalable web applications, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

and leverage cutting-edge technologies to build solutions that empower clinicians and improve patient

outcomes through data-driven insights and precision medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using Java, Nodejs and Reactjs.

. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end

systems

Manage and optimize MySQL databases, including schema design and query performance.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other

developers, to define, design, and ship new features.

. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.

. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.

. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Implement authentication and

authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

. Experience with Microservices architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

. 4+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java, Node and React. Solid

understanding and hands-on experience with MySQL.

. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with

RESTful web services.

. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of unit testing frameworks

(e.g., Jest, Chai, Mocha).

. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bit Bucket Pipelines).

. Knowledge of other front-end frameworks like Angular.js.
