We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior

Full Stack Developer / IT Team Lead

to join our dynamic IT department. The
ideal candidate will have over

5 years of hands-on experience

in

backend

(PHP, Laravel)

and

frontend (React.js)

development, along with
strong proficiency in

MySQL and PostgreSQL

databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering collaboration, code quality,
and continuous improvement.
Architect, design, and develop high-performance
web applications using

PHP (Laravel)

for the backend and

React.js

for the frontend.
Design, manage, and optimize relational databases including

MySQL

and

PostgreSQL

.
Define and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in

full stack

development

.
Strong experience with

PHP and Laravel

(backend).
Proficient in

React.js

(frontend).
Advanced knowledge of

MySQL

and

PostgreSQL

databases, including optimization and query performance tuning.
Experience in

team leadership

and

project

management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
