Overview:

Sarva Labs is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our applications. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and creating resilient, scalable, and efficient applications. You will collaborate with multifunctional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient applications aligned with best practices and industry standards.


Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability while ensuring cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.


Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical


solutions.


Write clean, maintainable code and implement automated unit and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality.


Oversee the complete lifecycle of applications, including development,testing, and deployment, ensuring high quality and performance.


Stay updated with industry trends and make informed technology decisions to drive the product's technical direction.


Exhibit strong technical skills and a solid understanding of web3 technologies.

Tech Stack:

Frontend: React.js/Next.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3


Backend: Node.js, Express.js


Database: MySQL, MongoDB


Blockchain: Web3.js/ethers.js , smart contracts, blockchain protocols


Tools & Technologies: Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, CI/CD pipelines,


cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.


Proven expertise in crafting responsive, pixel-perfect web designs,ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.


Strong grasp of modern software development principles, best practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).


Solid problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting and innovative thinking to tackle complex challenges.


Strong proficiency in system design and scalable architectures,ensuring robust and maintainable applications.


Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker), and cloud services.


Strong background in developing, publishing, and managing npm packages.


Proven ability to design and manage microservices.


Deep understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for building and managing real-time, event-driven applications.


Understanding of web3/blockchain technologies and decentralized application (dApp) development is a plus

Good to Have:

Solid understanding of blockchain principles and ecosystems,including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications (dApps).


Hands-on experience building dApps using web3 packages.


Proficiency in Go(Golang) with the ability to understand code
