Position Overview:

We are seeking a

highly skilled and passionate Senior Full-Stack Developer

to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The role requires

deep expertise in PHP and Laravel

for backend development, along with

strong frontend proficiency in React.js and/or Next.js

, ensuring seamless integration between client and server. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This is a

senior role

requiring not only hands-on coding but also

mentorship, architectural decision-making, and best-practice leadership

in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Core in PHP/Laravel)

Architect, design, and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL queries and database schema for high performance. Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached, etc.) to enhance speed. Write secure, testable, and maintainable Laravel code following SOLID principles. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and enterprise systems. Handle server-side rendering (SSR) and background jobs using queues (e.g., Laravel Horizon).

Frontend Development (React.js / Next.js)

Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly UIs using React.js and Next.js. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for performance. Manage state effectively using Redux, Zustand, or React Query. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.

DevOps & Deployment

Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Optimize applications for cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean). Monitor system health and performance, implementing logging and alerting solutions (ELK/Prometheus/Grafana).

Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality. Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging frameworks, and new tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-8+ years of

full-stack development experience

, with at least 4+ years in

PHP & Laravel

. Proven expertise in

React.js (and ideally Next.js)

for production applications. Strong knowledge of

JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend workflows

. Experience with

MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, DynamoDB)

. Proficiency in

RESTful API design

and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of

software engineering best practices

: OOP, SOLID, design patterns, TDD/BDD. Experience in

Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments

(a plus). Familiarity with

Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines

. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills (Decisive Advantage)

Strong hands-on experience in

Next.js

. Familiarity with

Headless CMS

Understanding of

cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ECS, etc.)

. Prior experience leading

agile development teams

or managing sprints.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
