Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in

at least one

of the following core technologies:

MERN Stack, Python, or Java

. Knowledge of

PHP Laravel

will be considered a

valuable plus point

. The role involves leading end-to-end development, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain robust full-stack applications using your primary technology stack (MERN / Python / Java). Design scalable architecture and participate in key technical decision-making. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams to deliver features efficiently. Write clean, maintainable, and high-performing code following best practices. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum

6+ years of hands-on experience

in full-stack development.

Mandatory expertise in at least one:

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) Java (Spring / Spring Boot) Experience in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL). Hands-on experience with Git and version control. Experience working with cloud platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of PHP Laravel will be considered an added advantage.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
