job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Full Stack Developer / Tech lead with 6+ years of hands-on experience

in web and application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong

leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and deep technical expertise in PHP (Laravel), React, Node JS, WordPress, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage web and application development projects from concept to deployment. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using

PHP (Laravel), React, NodeJS, WordPress, and Shopify

. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture. Oversee version control, testing, deployment, and documentation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Maintain code quality through code reviews and best practices. Continuously research and implement modern technologies to improve development workflows. Experience in Cloud Deployment Tools Like AWS, Azure or GCP

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and/or Tech Lead Strong expertise in:

PHP (Laravel Framework), Node Js (any one is mandatory)

React.js and/or Angular

WordPress Development & Customization

Good to have Shopify Theme and App Development experience

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD processes. Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams or similar project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions quickly.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
