Job Overview

We're seeking a

Senior Full Stack Developer

to lead development of new features, optimize existing systems, and strengthen our technical architecture. This is a

freelance, remote-friendly position based in India

, with long-term potential for the right candidate.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to accelerate build cycles and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Lead development of backend APIs using

Node.js, Sails.js

, and

FastAPI (Python)

Architect and build responsive, scalable front-end interfaces using

Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS

Design, manage, and optimize

PostgreSQL

databases Improve system performance, code reliability, and deployment readiness Collaborate daily with a remote engineering team, guiding junior developers Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical recommendations Contribute to planning, documentation, and sprint execution

Requirements

4-6 years of full stack development experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI)

Strong proficiency in

Node.js

and

Vue.js

Solid understanding of

PostgreSQL

, ORM tools, and API best practices Experience building scalable systems and integrating third-party APIs Familiarity with

Tailwind CSS

, REST, and Git workflows Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good spoken and written English communication Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience with

CI/CD

, Docker, or cloud environments Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems Prior experience mentoring developers or contributing to architectural decisions
