Job Description

Zevpoint is a leading company in electric vehicle charging space in India.

We are building a platform for managing EV charging infrastructure and are looking for a senior full-stack developer who is comfortable working independently, taking end-to-end ownership, and using AI tools effectively as part of their workflow.

This role is for someone who is comfortable being the sole engineer, working independently, building new features, improving existing systems, and ensuring the platform is stable, scalable, and production-ready.

Tasks:

Take ownership of the entire codebase (frontend + backend) Review, understand, and improve existing architecture and code Build new product features end-to-end Ensure frontend, APIs, workers, and database work correctly together Implement and extend multi-tenant functionality Design and build new APIs as needed Validate and maintain end-to-end system behavior Debug and fix issues across system boundaries Make technical decisions independently and document them Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and documentation

Required Skills:

5+ years professional software engineering experience Strong full-stack experience (frontend + backend) Expert-level Python (async, concurrency) Strong TypeScript / React experience Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems Experience validating and stabilizing existing systems PostgreSQL and Redis in production environments Distributed systems and event-driven architectures Comfortable using AI tools

Preferred Skills

OCPP, IoT, or device-heavy platform experience WebSockets and real-time systems Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS Payments or billing systems Next.js App Router production experience
