About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django Framework to build robust web and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technologist with hands-on development expertise, a passion for innovation in AI and Blockchain, and the ability to contribute to system design and architecture. Key Responsibilities / Mandatory Skills
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python (Django Framework) and modern front-end technologies.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with front-end and mobile platforms.
Lead and contribute to mobile application development (Native or Cross-platform using Flutter / React Native).
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs for both web and mobile interfaces.
Research, design, and integrate AI/ML-based features into products and applications.
Explore and prototype Blockchain-based solutions and Smart Contract integrations.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Contribute to defining software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and REST API development.
Solid experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience in mobile app development - Native (Android/iOS) or Cross-platform (Flutter / React Native).
Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in AI/ML model development or integration (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
Exposure to Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and Web3 implementations.
Knowledge of software architecture design, microservices, and scalability solutions.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
Understanding of performance optimization for web and mobile applications. Interview Process
