The Challenge

We are opening a small office in

Bangalore,

and we're hiring a

Senior Full Stack Developer

who will also take on

Team Lead responsibilities

. You'll be the go-to person for driving execution speed, coaching mid-level developers, and setting a high bar for delivery in a lean IT team.

Your Team When You Join Us

You'll collaborate directly with our Executives, Managers, and fellow Developers to shape and deliver technical solutions that support business and operational needs. As a Senior, you'll also take the lead in guiding Medior developers, sharing best practices, and helping set the technical direction of our projects.

Lead a

small developer team

We would love to hear from you if...

Startup/scaleup experience

: Worked at a company that raised at least a

Series A or B (? USD 5M)

. Strong track record of

shipping features fast

in high-pressure environments. Proven experience

leading or mentoring developers

. Deep expertise in

full stack frameworks

(React, Node.js, etc.). Regular use of

AI tools in your workflow

.

Preferred Background:

Senior developers with startup or scale-up experience who thrive in fast-paced environments, shipping features in days (not weeks), and who enjoy working and leading high-ownership, high-impact teams.

Couple of the notes about the role

This is an

Independent Contractor

position that will require a full-time commitment of 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules. We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked. This is a hybrid role. Once our Bangalore office is set up, you'll be expected to work 1-2 days per week from the office.

Compensation

We pay on an hourly basis -- we're open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.

Pay: ₹1,552.80 - ?2,070.39 per hour
