Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead modern web application development. This role emphasizes frontend excellence while maintaining fullstack capabilities, with a strong focus on creating pixel-perfect, responsive user experiences and leveraging AI tools for enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications with exceptional UI/UX Convert Figma designs into high-quality, reusable React components with pixel-perfect precision Build scalable frontend architectures using React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks Integrate RESTful APIs and handle complex state management Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless design-to-code workflows Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility Maintain backend services using PHP Laravel when required Leverage AI agents and copilot tools to accelerate development cycles
Required Skills & Experience

Frontend Expertise (Primary Focus):

5+ years of professional frontend development experience Advanced proficiency in React.js and Next.js ecosystems Expert-level skills in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS methodologies Proven experience converting Figma designs to production-ready React components Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
Fullstack Capabilities:

Solid experience with PHP Laravel for backend development Proficiency in API design, integration, and consumption Understanding of database design and optimization Experience with authentication and security best practices
Modern Development Practices:

Hands-on experience with AI development tools Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative workflows Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Technical Requirements

Expert-level React.js and Next.js (App Router, Server Components) Advanced Tailwind CSS and responsive design implementation Figma to React component conversion expertise PHP Laravel backend development RESTful API integration and development Modern JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
