Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who takes ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and user experience. This role is for someone who does not just implement screens, but thinks deeply about application flow, scalability, and correctness.
What You Will Own
Frontend Architecture and Quality
Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture using React
Define component structure, state management, and data flow
Translate high quality designs into clean, performant UI
Ensure consistency, maintainability, and long term extensibility
Optimize rendering performance and application responsiveness
Handle edge cases, error states, and partial failures gracefully
Ensure frontend behaves predictably under real world usage
Work closely with backend engineers on API contracts
Challenge weak or inefficient APIs constructively
Ensure frontend and backend evolve cleanly together
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript
Experience building and shipping production web applications
Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization
Strong grasp of state management and async data handling
Comfortable working onsite from Noida

Ability to think beyond UI into flows and edge cases
Clear communication and ability to work directly with leadership
Good to Have
Experience with large scale React applications
Familiarity with frontend security best practices
Prior experience working closely with product leadership
