Role Summary

Elysian Intelligence Business Solutions (EIBS) is seeking a

Senior Front-End Developer

with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in

React

to lead the development of modern, responsive web applications. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to build scalable, high-performance user interfaces that deliver outstanding user experiences.

As a senior developer, you'll take ownership of front-end architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability. Your expertise will help shape the future of our digital platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using

React

. Make architectural decisions related to front-end technologies, components, and code structure. Convert UI/UX wireframes into interactive, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.

Collaboration & Integration

Collaborate with

UX/UI designers

,

back-end developers

, and

product teams

to deliver end-to-end features. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with front-end components. Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and CI/CD workflows.

Code Quality & Optimization

Write

clean, modular, and scalable

code following best practices and design patterns. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Optimize applications for

speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Mentorship & Leadership

Mentor junior developers, conduct peer programming sessions, and encourage upskilling. Contribute to setting development standards and enforcing consistent coding conventions. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the

latest web technologies

, frameworks, and front-end trends. Proactively suggest UI/UX improvements and technical enhancements for better user engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

, or related field.

3-5 years

of professional experience in

front-end development

, with proven expertise in both

Angular (v8+)

and

React.js

. Strong proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+)

, and

TypeScript

. Hands-on experience with

responsive design

,

cross-browser compatibility

, and

accessibility standards

(WCAG). Strong understanding of

state management libraries

(Redux, NgRx, Context API, etc.). Familiarity with

REST APIs

GraphQL

asynchronous programming

. Proficient in

version control systems (Git)

and using platforms like GitHub/GitLab. Experience with

unit testing frameworks
