Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React / React Native Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing user-centric solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring delivery excellence.
As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Managers, and Designers to drive technical decisions and deliver products that delight our users.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of React (web) and React Native (mobile) applications.
• Translate business and design requirements into high-quality, scalable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design, DevOps) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Optimize performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend/mobile trends, tools, and frameworks to improve team efficiency.
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager to provide estimates, identify risks, and plan releases.

Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3+ years in React.js and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or Context API).
• Experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment (iOS App Store, Google Play Store).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, Cypress).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodology.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred

• Seeking candidates from Tier-1 and Tier-2 engineering colleges with a background in Computer Science or IT
• Startup or SaaS-based industry experience is preferred
• Experience in WMS, TMS, ERP, or FMS will be an added advantage
