Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of advanced user-facing web applications. The role requires strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, responsive UI design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
You will collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless, scalable, and visually engaging digital experiences. Prior experience in the jewellery, retail, or e-commerce domain will be a strong advantage, as the position involves crafting luxury-focused digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development & Design
Develop, test, and deploy responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces.
Ensure compatibility across devices, platforms, and browsers.
Convert UI/UX wireframes into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers.
Define and implement coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
Advocate for modern frameworks, tools, and approaches to ensure scalability.
Optimization & Performance
Optimize applications for performance, speed, SEO, and security.
Ensure adherence to accessibility standards for inclusive design.
Monitor, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
Work closely with designers, back-end teams, QA engineers, and project managers.
Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in front-end development.
Propose creative solutions to improve digital experiences and business outcomes.
Contribute to long-term front-end architecture and technology strategies.
Attributes of the Ideal Candidate
Key Attributes:
8-12 years of proven front-end development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular/Vue.js.
Strong track record of building scalable and maintainable applications.
Hands-on experience in retail, luxury, or jewellery e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, ERP/CRM integrations.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Mindset & Culture Fit:

Strong sense of design aesthetics with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications & Education Requirements
