Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native to lead the design and development of our customer-facing platforms and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong architectural understanding, and proven experience in delivering scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of front-end architecture using React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and SEO-optimized websites with superior UI/UX and performance.
Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into functional code.
Implement reusable, testable, and efficient components with modern state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across devices.
Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, third-party services, and analytics SDKs.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to code standards and documentation.
Collaborate on deployment, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and coding best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
Strong knowledge of API integration, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with Node.js, Express, or backend integration is a plus.
Experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and security principles.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience in leading or mentoring a small frontend team is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
Exposure to React Native performance optimization and App Store/Play Store publishing.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Postman, and JIRA.
