Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to spearhead the frontend development efforts for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will drive technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

+ Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.
+ Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
+ Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.

Hands?on Development

+ Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.
+ Architect and build responsive, high?performance web and mobile applications.

Technology Ownership

+ Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
+ Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.

Quality & Performance

+ Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

Cross?Functional Collaboration

+ Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
+ Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade?offs to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6+ years of hands?on frontend development experience. proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong command over

React

and

React Native

is a must. Working knowledge of

Angular

Ionic

is a plus. Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.). Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git. Understanding of testing frameworks like
