About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Frontend Developer (MERN Stack)

with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. You will build responsive, high-performance, and scalable web applications while collaborating closely with our back-end teams. If you are passionate about pixel-perfect UI and modern web technologies, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:

Build high-quality, scalable web apps using

React.js and Next.js

.

UI/UX Implementation:

Develop pixel-perfect interfaces using

Tailwind CSS, MUI

, and other component libraries.

API Integration:

Integrate backend REST APIs using

Axios

and manage state efficiently with

TanStack Query (React Query)

.

Performance Optimization:

Implement caching, lazy loading, and code-splitting to improve

Lighthouse scores

and Core Web Vitals.

SEO & Routing:

Work on SEO-friendly Next.js features like

SSR, SSG, ISR

, and dynamic routing.

Collaboration:

Work with backend teams to define API contracts and participate in code reviews using Git.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development (MERN stack preferred).

Core Tech:

Expert knowledge of

React.js

(hooks, context, lifecycle) and

Next.js

.

Styling:

Strong proficiency in

Tailwind CSS

and UI frameworks like Material UI (MUI) or Shadcn UI.

State Management:

Experience with

TanStack Query

for server-state management.

Backend Awareness:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of

Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL

to debug API issues.

Tools:

Strong experience with

Git

; familiarity with

Docker

and

AWS

(S3, CloudFront) is a plus.
