Job Title: Client Coordinator / Customer Relations Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Receive and handle incoming calls in a professional manner. Maintain enquiry records (manual registers and computer entries). Coordinate with clients for appointments, follow-ups, and property visits. Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation. Support the team in real estate coordination and property-related activities. Ensure smooth communication between clients, owners, and internal staff.
Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Good communication and coordination skills. Polite, reliable, and client-friendly attitude. Prior experience in office coordination or real estate (preferred, not mandatory).
