Key responsibilities

Staff and operations management:

Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff. Oversee daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Ensure staff adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Guest relations and service:

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Address and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.

Coordination and administration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance. Manage reservations, room assignments, and front desk supplies. Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing.

Safety and compliance:

Uphold health, safety, and security standards. Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
