Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Address and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Coordination and administration:
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and front desk supplies.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing.
Safety and compliance:
Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
