to join our team at a 100-room hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, assisting with guest queries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room bookings and reservations (online & walk-in).
Maintain guest records and update hotel management system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in front office, reception, or hotel industry preferred (freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills (English/Hindi, local language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel booking software).
Pleasant personality with customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening).
