Handle room reservations through OTT platforms, emails, and telephone calls.
Ensure accurate booking entries in the system and proper room availability tracking.
Coordinate with concerned departments for reservation confirmations and changes.
2. Guest Handling & Front Desk Operations
Manage and supervise guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Personally attend to escalated or sensitive guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Prepare, verify, and finalize guest invoices accurately.
Ensure timely billing and smooth settlement at the time of check-out.
Maintain cash register and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
4. Staff Duty Roster & Scheduling
Prepare front office duty rosters, weekly offs, and shift schedules.
Ensure adequate manpower coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
5. Team & Inter-Department Coordination
Coordinate with front office team members for smooth shift handovers.
Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounts, Spa, F&B, and Sports departments for seamless operations.
6. Event & Workshop Inquiry Handling
Attend and respond to inquiries related to events, workshops, and activities.
Guide guests regarding availability, bookings, schedules, and venue details.
7. Other Duties
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager, General Manager, Vice President, Managing Director, or Chairman from time to time.
