We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Senior Front Office Executive
to manage and oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for all patients and visitors. This role involves supervising front office staff, handling escalated patient queries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front desk activities including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Ensure all patients and visitors are greeted warmly and attended to promptly and professionally.
Manage and resolve escalated patient concerns or queries efficiently.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams for seamless patient flow and clinic operations.
Train, guide, and support front office staff; ensure adherence to SOPs and customer service standards.
Handle insurance-related queries and pre-authorization procedures, if applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Generate daily reports related to patient flow, billing, appointments, etc.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and protocols, including confidentiality and data protection standards.
Preferred Skills:
Leadership and team coordination experience.
Fluency in English and local languages.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
