Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer - React & Next.js (Chatbot & Dashboard)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Sr. Front End Developer with expertise in React.js, Django and a passion for crafting seamless, animated, and highly interactive user interfaces. You'll work closely with our product and backend teams to deliver cutting-edge features, leveraging Next.js and consuming FastAPI endpoints--including real-time/streaming data integrations. You will be responsible for building

responsive, fast-loading dashboards, dynamic chatbot interfaces, and interactive visualizations

that integrate seamlessly with our AI-driven backend.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

React/Next.js web applications

with responsive, mobile-first designs. Build

modern dashboards and Chatbot UIs

with micro-animation, smooth transitions, and interactive elements with responsiveness across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Implement

state management

using Redux, React Context, and hooks to handle complex workflows and session memory. Integrate

REST APIs and WebSocket endpoints

with backend systems for real-time data updates. Collaborate closely with

backend and AI teams

to implement RAG-based chatbots and AI agents. Create pixel-perfect components based on UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD). Optimize UI performance and ensure consistent cross-browser and cross-device behavior. Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code using component-based design. architecture. Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team standups.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2-4 years of frontend development experience

with React and . Strong proficiency in

JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Django templates

. Proficiency in

REST APIs, WebSocket integration

, and asynchronous data handling. Familiarity with

backend systems

and AI integration workflows. Strong understanding of

responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization

. Experience with version control,

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and

familiar with agile development methodology.

Preferred Skills

Experience building

chatbot UIs, AI-powered dashboards, or real-time analytics tools

. Knowledge of

micro-animations, motion libraries (Framer Motion), and interactive visualizations

. Familiarity with

Figma and UI/ research, and Design.

Understanding of

multi-tenant SaaS frontend architectures

. Strong

UI/UX sensibilities

and experience collaborating with designers. Experience with

unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
