The Role

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Javascript Front-end Developer to join our growing team. This individual will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality front-end applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in pure JavaScript development and exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end web applications using vanilla JavaScript and related technologies, including Node.js, HTML5, CSS 3, Use Skills like Node.js to help the Backend Developers as well. Have experience of working with AWS Kenesis or AWS Serverless. Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithm Analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and solve complex front-end issues in a production environment. Design and implement responsive web interfaces that provide an excellent user experience across devices Use Node.js to enhance front-end development and improve overall application performance. Utilize templating frameworks like Handlebars and Mustache for efficient and effective web application development. Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies using Jest for robust and reliable software development. Multivariate testing experience in production environments would be especially useful. (Optional) Leverage React and Redux experience to enhance application performance and maintainability.*
Utilize version control systems like Git to manage source code and maintain project history. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a vanilla/pure JavaScript developer, with Exceptionally strong engineering skills in Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithm Analysis. You must address and solve complex front-end issues in scalable, large production environments. Experience setting up and working in a test-driven development environment is an absolute requirement. As a senior engineering team member, your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members will set you apart from others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for this role. React, and Redux experience is nice, but not at the cost of core JavaScript skills. We seek people with exceptionally strong fundamentals who can lead, not just programmers 'coding to specification.'
