Requirements

4 - 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong expertise in

Next.js

, including SSR, ISR, routing, and API routes Solid hands-on experience with

Payload CMS

- collections, access control, plugins Strong command of

React

TypeScript

, and modern frontend architecture Deep understanding of

PostgreSQL/MongoDB

and relational database design Experience with

Tailwind CSS

component libraries

, and responsive UI design Familiarity with authentication (JWT, sessions, OAuth) Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices Strong Git/GitHub workflow knowledge Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
