We are seeking an experienced and motivated Franchise Manager to oversee and support our franchise operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support franchise partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and franchisees.
Provide guidance, training, and operational support to franchise teams.
Monitor franchise performance, analyze reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across franchise locations.
Ensure consistent branding, marketing initiatives, and customer experience.
Identify opportunities for new franchise development and expansion.
Conduct regular meetings, audits, and reviews with franchise partners.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in franchise management, retail, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to franchise locations as required.
