We're now scaling our civil renovation services and looking for a dynamic Head of Civil Engineering to drive execution and innovation on-ground.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end execution of residential civil projects - from site inspection to handover
Build and manage a high-performance civil team (engineers, contractors, vendors)
Ensure projects are executed within timelines and budgets with zero compromise on quality
Apply fast-paced execution methodologies - think startup speed, not legacy pace
Incorporate tech tools to streamline estimation, billing, reporting, and site tracking
Coordinate closely with renovation consultants, architects, and clients for clarity in design execution
Optimize resource usage and reduce site downtime using data-backed decisions
Implement SOPs for recurring civil works - tile replacement, grouting, bathroom renovation, waterproofing etc.
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Renovation Foreman to lead our high-end home renovation projects. With 8-12 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
This is a critical, client-facing role. The Foreman will act as the primary on-site leader, managing in-house crews and subcontractors, and serving as the main point of contact for homeowners. The successful candidate must be an expert problem-solver, a skilled craftsperson, and an excellent communicator committed to delivering a premier service experience.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Project Management:
Lead and manage all on-site activities for residential renovation projects (e.g., kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home remodels).
Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules to meet project milestones.
Coordinate and supervise all in-house labor and specialty subcontractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians, HVAC, tilers).
Client & Homeowner Relations:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the homeowner, providing regular progress updates and professionally addressing any questions or concerns.
Manage homeowner expectations and ensure a positive, professional, and respectful job site presence.
Conduct final walk-throughs with homeowners and manage all punch list (snag list) items to completion, ensuring total client satisfaction.
Hands-On Work & Quality Control:
Perform and lead hands-on carpentry and finishing work as needed, setting the standard for quality and pace.
Enforce a high standard of quality for all trades. Conduct meticulous daily inspections of all work to ensure it is plumb, level, and meets or exceeds industry standards.
Proactively identify and resolve any site issues, trade conflicts, or quality defects.
Site Logistics & Safety:
Manage site logistics, including material orders, deliveries, and secure storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, with a strong emphasis on protecting the client's home and property.
Enforce all company safety policies and procedures (e.g., OSHA) and conduct regular safety checks.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
A minimum of
8-12 years
of progressive experience in the residential renovation or remodeling industry.
Supervisory Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a foreman or lead carpenter role, successfully managing crews and projects.
Trade Skills:
Expert-level, hands-on skills in carpentry
(both rough and finish) are strongly preferred.
Broad, practical knowledge of all residential trades, including drywall, painting, tiling, and a solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sequences.
Essential Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be comfortable, articulate, and professional when interacting directly with homeowners.

A meticulous eye for quality and finish, with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship.

Valid Driver's License:
Required, with a clean driving record.
