Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with strong experience in

web application development along with mobile platforms

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Flutter Web and cross-platform development, capable of building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications while collaborating effectively in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

web and mobile applications

using Flutter (Flutter Web, Android, and iOS). Build responsive, browser-compatible web applications with a strong focus on performance and usability. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems. Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across web and mobile platforms. Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical decisions. Actively participate in agile ceremonies and remote collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-9 years of overall software development experience, including

strong web development experience using Flutter

. Proven expertise in Flutter, Dart, and Flutter Web for production-grade applications. Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML, CSS concepts, browser rendering, and responsive design principles. Experience with state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. Understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and testing strategies for web and mobile apps. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for a remote-first setup.

Good to Have:

Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). Exposure to backend technologies, cloud platforms, or Firebase. Experience working on large-scale web applications or SaaS products. Prior experience in a fully remote or distributed team.
