Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Flutter Developer

with strong full-stack capabilities to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building scalable

mobile applications using Flutter

, along with hands-on exposure to

web dashboards, backend APIs, databases, caching, and cloud deployment

. This role requires

on-site presence

and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of

mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)

Architect and implement scalable, high-performance mobile solutions Develop and maintain

admin and dashboard web applications

using

React.js

Design and build

RESTful APIs

using

NestJS (Node.js)

Manage and optimize

PostgreSQL databases

Implement

Redis

for caching and performance optimization Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on

AWS

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices Ensure application security, performance, and scalability Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

4+ years of professional experience

, with strong focus on

Flutter development

Excellent hands-on experience in:

Flutter (Dart)

- Mobile Application Development

React.js

- Web/Admin Dashboard Development

NestJS (Node.js)

- Backend/API Development Strong knowledge of

PostgreSQL

Experience using

Redis

for caching and performance tuning Hands-on experience with

AWS cloud services

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and REST APIs Ability to work
