Should have

BE/BS in Software Engineering

with

5+ years of experience

as a Software Engineer. Should have

strong Full Stack development experience

. Should have hands-on expertise in

Flutter for multi-platform UI development

. Should have backend development experience using

Flutter backend capabilities, Spring, and Node.js

. Should have experience working in

agile development environments

and sprint ceremonies. Should have strong exposure to

testing frameworks

such as

JUnit, Jest, Cypress, and Playwright

. Should have hands-on experience with

Docker and Git

. Should follow coding standards and ensure

high-quality, maintainable code

. Should be able to

track tasks, follow priorities, and report progress

to the Project Lead. Should have good experience in

technical documentation

. Should have

good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

. Experience with

TDD, Azure DevOps, and UX/UI principles

is a plus.
