Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience in mobile and/or web application development. You will be responsible for developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework, ensuring high performance and smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features. Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile apps with pixel-perfect implementation. Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Fix bugs and improve application performance.
Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience. Proficient in Dart, Python and mobile architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with Android Studio for Flutter development and debugging. Experience with Flask, SQLite, or similar local storage solutions. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with state management, responsive design, and widget lifecycle. Experience working with Google Maps, push notifications, or background services. Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

Experience with Flask, Node.js, or backend integrations. Exposure to Redis or Typesense, or other data indexing tools Knowledge of ERP/CRM (e.g., Odoo) or sales-focused business applications.
