Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Flutter Developer

to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. As a senior developer, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in coding and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

cross-platform mobile applications

using Flutter. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences. Write clean, efficient, and testable code with a strong focus on performance. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and SDKs into mobile applications. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Implement responsive UI designs and ensure compatibility across devices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Stay updated with the latest Flutter/Dart trends, tools, and best practices. Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

3-4 years of experience

in mobile app development, with

2+ years in Flutter

. Proficiency in

Dart

programming language. Strong knowledge of

mobile UI/UX standards

and best practices. Experience with

state management solutions

(Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.). Hands-on experience integrating

RESTful APIs

and

GraphQL

. Strong understanding of

mobile app architecture

,

design patterns

, and

clean code principles

. Experience with

version control systems

(Git). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

and deployment to

Google Play Store

and

Apple App Store

. Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Contributions to open-source Flutter projects are an advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
