Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department. Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an attractive and organized sales floor. Address customer complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly. Analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in retail or sales floor management. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
Qualification:

Degree / MBA (Preferred)
