Job Description

The Senior Floor Manager oversees daily floor operations, ensures smooth customer service, manages staff performance, and maintains high standards of store presentation.

This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the floor team to maintain excellent customer service standards. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct on-floor training when required. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times. Handle customer queries, escalations, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with inventory and backend teams for stock management and replenishment. Oversee billing counters, sales processes, and cash management. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, staff attendance, and overall floor performance. Implement company policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance across the floor team. Plan staff schedules and allocate duties for smooth workflow. Support management in meeting sales targets and improving customer experience. Conduct regular checks on product displays, visual merchandising, and store hygiene. Ensure safety protocols and operational guidelines are followed.
