Job Description

A finishing engineer manages the finishing work in construction projects, ensuring that the work is high quality, accurate, and meets the design specifications. They are responsible for a variety of tasks, including painting, tiling, plastering, and flooring. Responsibilities

Manage tasks

: Oversee and manage all finishing work, including painting, tiling, plastering, and flooring

Ensure quality

: Check the quality of materials, and prepare quality reports

Adhere to specifications

: Review specifications and standards, and ensure that the work meets the requirements

Coordinate with teams

: Work with multiple teams to ensure that the work is done correctly

Prepare schedules

: Create daily and weekly schedules for all finishing activities

Supervise subcontractors

: Monitor subcontractors' daily activities, and ensure they are meeting their obligations

Follow up

: Ensure that the work is done according to the approved method statements
