is looking for a

Senior Financial Controller

with strong hands-on experience in

finance, accounting, and import-export logistics transactions

. This is a leadership role responsible for controlling company finances and supporting management in business decisions.

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Controller will manage the complete finance function, ensure statutory compliance, control costs, and handle the

financial and documentation aspects of import and export logistics

, including coordination with clearing agents and banks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day and strategic financial operations Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements Handle

import & export transactions

, including costing, customs duty, freight, insurance, and foreign payments Coordinate with logistics partners, clearing agents, and freight forwarders for financial documentation Ensure compliance with GST, customs regulations, TDS, and statutory requirements Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis Coordinate audits, banking, taxation, and regulatory filings Improve internal controls and financial processes Lead and guide the finance and accounts team

Required Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting

Proven experience in import & export and logistics-related financial transactions

Strong understanding of customs documentation and foreign remittances Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills Experience in interiors, construction, trading, or project-based companies is an advantage
