What You'll DoDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights to business partners Join forces with diverse teams to boost process improvement projects Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports and forecasts Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans Support month-end and year-end close processes Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure flawless execution of financial strategies Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster team development Adapt to high-intensity, multiple-deadline environments with ease Communicate effectively with collaborators across global locations

What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in financial or accounting roles Proficiency in Excel, IBM PA & Perspectives, and PowerBI Demonstrated skill in coordinating with various collaborators in large, multi-layered organizations Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Dedication to continuous improvement and team development Confidence to tackle complex projects and drive them to resolution Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Capability to grasp the overall scope while delving into specifics when necessary Prefer candidates with strong business and industry competence Established track record in improving processes
