Summary



The SFA is responsible for driving the BPA activities within the Functions BPA team. The individual will play a key role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting processes. This individual will provide critical insights to senior management to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making

About the Role



Key Responsibilities:




Financial Analysis:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyze financial data and create financial content for decision support

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with US stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive budgets.

Reporting:

Generate regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Develop and maintain reporting packages/dashboards and KPIs to provide ongoing visibility into business performance.

Strategic Support:

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business cases. Participate in strategic planning activities, including long-term financial planning

Collaboration:

Work closely with FRA, US/HYD finance team' and other teams to gather necessary financial information. Assist in the preparation of presentations for review meetings with senior management

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:



MBA or Chartered Accountant 5 years of experience in Business planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related field Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Financial Modeling. Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). String analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
