What you will do:

Perform management reporting for the Commerce and Marketing Organization including: Analyzing and interpreting data to understand key drivers and ensure data accuracy Collaborating with global finance network to understand financial results Preparing standardized reports and written analysis to provide insightful learnings for finance leadership and other key stakeholders Provide support for annual budget and forecasting processes including: Communicating across the global finance organization and corporate stakeholders Creating consolidated reporting Driving process improvements Assist in monitoring KPI metrics and maintaining a pulse on Global Performance Complete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed. Be a super user of our newly implemented financial reporting and planning software.

Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment Intellectual curiosity and comfort driving progress independently Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail Experience with Data Visualization Tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker) Advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field 3-6+ years progressive work experience in FP&A or similar field SQL and VBA knowledge a plus Statistical Modeling experience a plus
