Job Description

Responsibilities:

Technical:

Familiarity with the US Defined Benefit pension data space, including but not limited to: +
+ Pension plan data for individual participants
+ Exposure to manual calculations in DB space
+ Regulatory requirements for plan participants
+ Understanding annual pension data work and timelines
+ Perform reasonability checks on pension plan data.

Communication:

+ Keeping stakeholders informed on progress for all projects.
+ Interaction with multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to discuss details of calculations with Actuaries.

Workflow Management:

+ Ability to estimate future workload capacity.
+ Following-up on outstanding queries, escalate for support in a timely manner.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks in lieu of urgency and importance.

Teamwork:

+ Brainstorming with colleagues to come up with innovative solutions.
+ Volunteering to support team by picking up additional workload.

Continuous growth:

+ Developing a comprehensive understanding of business tools. Volunteer for testing and troubleshooting.
+ Keeping up to speed with changes in regulatory environment and changes in technology.

Shift timings - 1.30 to 10.30 PM

Qualifications:
4-7 years of prior experience in a related industry MS office Eye for detail * Knowledge of SalesForce will be preferred
