Revenue & Sales reconciliation on Daily basis (Reco between sales invoices generated (Momence & receipt in Bank)
Closing Monthly Sales with all Merc or Studio Sale Vendors.
Petty Cash Checking & Maintenance of Petty Cash Expenses.
Receiving Vendor Invoices review them and make ready for Payments
Review of expenses & account them Branch wise / Cost Centre wise.
Preparing Monthly TDS Statement & Filing Returns
Preparing & Maintenance of Profession Tax Monthly Payment
Preparing Monthly GST Return
Bank Reconciliations.
Preparing Monthly MIS (Profit & Loss & Cash Flow) Statements
. o Paperwork for Foreign Remittances
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist in Preparing Budgets and Projection
. o Assist in Company Secretarial or MCA Compliances
Maintain Fixed Assets Register
Overlook all required company compliances with regulatory & otherwise authorities
Coordinate Admin requirements for HRS/Insurance platforms
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable working in onsite setting from Mumbai location.
Education Qualification
- bachelor's in commerce/ finance, MBA in Finance or equivalent
5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting or similar work profile o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience in MIS Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, Compliance, Insurance & Tally
Love of fitness and wellness Industry
Superior problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
Strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
