Job Title:

Senior Financial Analyst

Location:

Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Management Reporting:

Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management.

Model Development:

Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.

Process Improvement:

Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and automation for efficiency.

Team Mentoring:

Guide and mentor junior analysts, ensuring high-quality output and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Risk & Compliance:

Monitor financial risks, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and implement internal controls.

Basic Qualifications:

CA / MBA in Finance (preferred) | B.Com / M.Com with strong relevant experience 4-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in financial modeling, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (ERP systems preferred) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
