Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Dashboarding

Develop and maintain real-time financial dashboards across profit centers. Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly P&L reports, cash flow summaries, Customer grading and expense trackers. Reconcile ERP data and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.Business Intelligence & Analytics Create dynamic reports for sales trends, gross margin analysis, and operational KPIs. Monitor product/category-wise/customer-wise profitability. Track cost variances, overhead allocation, and production yield efficiencies. Working Capital & Liquidity Monitoring Analyze inventory cycles, debtor-creditor ageing, and stock rotation metrics. Generate working capital optimization insights for planning gold procurement. Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts for treasury alignment. Strategic Forecasting & Modelling Build forward-looking models for revenue, production, and raw material cost volatility (especially gold). Run financial simulations to assess the impact of new product launches or large B2B orders. Assist in budget formulation and variance reporting. Board Presentation & Director Support Draft high-impact financial snapshots and visual MIS reports for Board Meetings. Present insights directly to Directors on cost overruns, profit pressures, or investment viability. Ensure data integrity and transparency in all board-level reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Stores, and Production teams. Standardize reporting templates across departments and locations. Train and supervise junior analysts to enhance the efficiency of data operations.
Required Qualifications:

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / M.Com with strong data analytics background Experience: 1+ years in financial analysis, data mining and engineering preferably in manufacturing of gold and diamond jewellery sector o Tools Expertise: SQL(Must), Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Tally)
